Job DescriptionA division of Huntington Ingalls Industries Who We Are HII-Technical Solutions Division is seeking a qualified expert-level ORSA to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The ORSA provides support for ACC Directorate Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) responsibilities as well as overall ISR OT&E responsibilities. This position supports A2 lead command and lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, and collections, using various intelligence disciplines. The incumbent designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions. He/she provides unique and timely analysis on a range of pressing, operationally focused issues using multi-source data in the context of interdisciplinary techniques and methods. What You Will Do - Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. - Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission. - Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g., Undersecretary level or higher). What You Must Have 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Clearance:
